Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are available for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one business day of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the reason for exchange. We will then guide you through the exchange process, providing instructions on how to return the item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for the item being exchanged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
You may exchange the item for a different size, colour or a different item of equal or lesser value. If the desired item for exchange is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
Item Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
If the item is approved for exchange, we will process the exchange and send you the requested replacement item.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
We do not offer exchanges for sale, clearance, sample or custom items.
